Today, 28 October 2009, the Toy Retailers Association and the British Toy & Hobby Association jointly announced the Dream Toys of 2009. They unveiled the Top Toy predictions set to fulfill every kids dream this Christmas!
The Christmas hotlists for the following categories, aim to predict the top 10 christmas presents of 2009;
Hot Dozen – 2009′s Top 12 was drawn from all 6 categories
Boys – TV and film inspire the category featuring characters and fantastic vehicles
Girls – Music takes the girls by storm, while feature dolls and animals bring real innovation
Construction – TechZone is friendly, personal, revolutionary, harmonious – for boys or girls from 0 up
Creative – Ranging from the kitchen to Mars and art school to serious engineering
Games – Games are a blast …from the past, the big or small screen or …just daft but always FUN
Pre School – Pre-schoolers can photo or engineer their worlds, go green, learn, dance or just giggle
